Wrike Subject Matter Expert with 8 years of experience and a deep knowledge of Wrike as a Wrike Implementation Consultant and Project Manager. Over 20 years of experience as an effective communicator leading, training, and coaching while continuously optimizing processes/workflows for increased productivity and efficiency.

  • Led and delivered over 400 Wrike implementations with clients from various industries, driving end-to-end customer onboarding, virtually or on-site, since late 2016

  • WNDYR - Analyzed the Wrike Team’s metrics and behaviors, and led them to achieving 100% DIT (Delivered in Time), within 60 days; a first in the company’s history with Wrike

  • WNDYR - Built a Compliance Framework in Wrike to track and flag non-compliance while enabling the team, resulting in a 70% decrease in non-compliance

Experience

    • Partner with leadership teams to understand the organization’s goals & objectives, existing business processes, and pain points across all teams to develop organization-wide solutions

    • Problem solve complex processes to design workspace structure and workflows, and implement project management processes using basic to advance Wrike features like Blueprints, Resources, Workload Request Forms, Analyze, etc..

    • Consult on best practices in Wrike, guiding clients to customize their account to best suit their team’s use case.

    • Optimize client accounts by strategically configuring workspaces, account/space settings, workflows, and custom features for a tailored and efficient project management and work collaboration experience.

    • Facilitate customized train-the-trainer style trainings and manage the change for teams/organizations successful adoptions

    • My engagement with clients spans across a spectrum of services, from consulting calls to full-scale initiatives encompassing initial implementation, account customization, buildout, audits, and revamps. Additionally, I also serve some clients as their Wrike administrator under a monthly retainer agreement.

    • Work simultaneously with multiple clients from various industries

    • Lead the implementation of Wrike, guide the clients’ leadership to in customizing the platform to align with organizational workflows and project management methodologies.

    • Conduct weekly meetings with clients’ leadership team to guide through implementation, change management, and training of ecosystem and processes within 60 days.

    • Provide basic and comprehensive training sessions for users and/or collaborators

    • Delivered team trainings to increase productivity and work-life balance amongst remote teams/organizations

    • Achieved a 99% success rate by partnering with HR, People Teams and C-Levels to measure and optimize their strategy for employee well-being while working remotely

    • Raised awareness for remote work through webinars, podcasts, interviews, social media, speaking engagements and conferences

    • Collaborated with leadership and Ops Team to examine, optimize and creatively drive the change of processes, guidelines and requirements for the Service Department using Wrike

    • Reviewed and analyzed weekly reporting to identify risks, areas of improvement and possible employee burnout

    • Tracked project progress to identify risks, ensuring consultants take the necessary next steps for a successful project completion

    • Completely revamped and optimized client project onboarding templates in Wrike. Train all team members and update new consultant onboarding content

    • Worked with the Ops Dept using automations and third-party integrations to decrease the team’s admin work and increase productivity by 15%

    • Created and implemented strategy for improving the team’s product knowledge

    • Used change management to update the team on process improvements

    • Regularly updated SOP’s, training materials, and new team onboarding

    • Worked simultaneously with multiple clients, from small teams to enterprise client, all from various industries

    • Identified up-sell opportunities, working closely with Sales to close opportunities

    • Tracked and maintained accurate client records using Wrike and Salesforce

    • Worked with managers to understand their work pain points and processes, using Wrike to create more efficient and effective work collaboration (started using Wrike in 2016)

    • Developed custom workflows utilizing Blueprints and Request Forms (when needed) for work intake to create new tasks or projects

    • Transitioned all projects, task, and work collaboration to Wrike

    • Operationalized the strategy and led the execution and training of project management software, Wrike, across 4 locations, to 60+ lead staff and 150+ volunteer team leads

    • Owned company-wide change management comms regarding Wrike
